Disclaimer
If there is a computerized, sample picture shown on a listing, our suppliers do their absolute best to match the colors exactly how they are shown, but sometimes colors will differ slightly once the item(s) are printed. It’s important to note that this is only a mock-up image and the printed garment’s colors may vary slightly, and not always match perfectly.
Sublimated Socks
Sublimation can only be done on solid white socks. The natural sublimation process will cause white creases on excessive stretch, because of how it lies when printed on. These flaws are unavoidable and occur on ALL socks. We try our best to avoid this, but it will mainly occur near edges, seams, and collars.
What is the processing time?
The processing time is how long it may take to prepare an order before it is shipped out.
We do not accept requests for RUSH orders.
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER, produced on demand. Our minimum processing time is 3-7 business days for all items.
What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped by USPS or FedEx ONLY. We have no control over shipping once items have left our possession. Please use your tracking number to keep tabs on your package.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
All purchases are final.
Since all items are made to order and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we have made an error, or if there is a manufacturer’s defect.
If there is a defect or an error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If there has been an agreement to send back an item, buyers are responsible for any return shipping cost, reship fees, price differences, and restocking fees. The item must be returned within 5 days of return/exchange acceptance.
This policy does not cover sizing issues, they do not qualify as a defect or error. Please make sure you have reviewed our size chart before purchase.
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours after purchase. Our suppliers move quickly once an order is received, and cancellation is not possible once they've started processing your order.
Who designs your apparel?
Our creations are in-house designs by KRS Graphix. I am an independent designer and OG sneakerhead. All items are custom-made. We are not affiliated with any companies that our products accessorize. All third party products or references in our listings are used for marketing purposes only.

Custom and personalised orders
We do not accept custom requests. Item colors and designs are as is and will not be altered.
My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track the movement of the package with the provided shipping information.
I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, suite number, and zip code.
*** If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Otherwise, your order will be refunded, minus the shipping and warehousing costs.
