Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

All purchases are final.

Since all items are made to order and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we have made an error, or if there is a manufacturer’s defect.

If there is a defect or an error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If there has been an agreement to send back an item, buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs, reship fees, price differences, and restocking fees. The item must be returned within 5 days of return/exchange acceptance.

This policy does not cover sizing issues, they do not qualify as a defect or error. Please make sure you have reviewed our size chart before purchase.

Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours after purchase. Our suppliers move quickly once an order is received, and cancellation is not possible once they've started processing your order.
